The following terms and conditions govern all use of the heard-project.eu website and all content and services available at or through the website. The Website is owned and operated by Federação de Associações Juvenis do Distrito de Braga. The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, HEARD’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by the project’s consortium. Please read this carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services.

WEBSITE VISITORS
Like most website operators, HEARD collects non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. HEARD’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how HEARD’s visitors use its website as well as for dissemination reporting of the project.

GATHERING OF PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
Certain visitors to HEARD’s website choose to interact with HEARD in ways that require HEARD to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Federação de Associações Juvenis do Distrito de Braga (operator of HEARD website) gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Project HEARD respects your privacy and undertakes to collect, process and store personal data obtained through the website https://heard-project.eu/ in accordance with the general terms of personal data protection of project HEARD. Visitors are solely responsible for the authenticity of personal data and contact information. We use the contact information to establish contact with the visitor when it is necessary or the visitor wants it himself.
When you visit the site, some data (IP address, date, time, address of the page you are coming from) is stored on the server. This data is anonymous and is used only for statistical processing.
Since there are certain links on the website www.fos-unm.si to other websites, project HEARD assumes no responsibility for the content and protection of privacy on these websites.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that project HEARD will use your personal data only for the purpose for which you have given your explicit consent. Project HEARD will not forward your personal data to third parties without your permission. In accordance with this consent, your personal data will be kept until revoked. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a return e-mail message with the subject HEARD UNSUBSCRIBE to the address projektna-pisarna@fos-unm.si.

As an individual, in relation to the processing of your personal data, you are entitled to request from the controller at any time:

  • access to your personal data and information regarding our use and processing of your personal data;
  • correction or deletion of your personal data;
  • restriction of processing of your personal data;
  • transfer of personal data to another personal data manager;
  • objection to the processing of your personal data and withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data, where the basis for the processing of personal data is your consent.
