Qu'est-ce que le CERV ?<\/span><\/h3>

Le programme Citoyens, \u00e9galit\u00e9, droits et valeurs (CERV) vise \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger et \u00e0 promouvoir les droits et les valeurs de l'Union europ\u00e9enne tels qu'ils sont inscrits dans les trait\u00e9s de l'UE et la Charte des droits fondamentaux. Comment nous avons commenc\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/h3>

La pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19 a affect\u00e9 nos vies de nombreuses mani\u00e8res et s'est manifest\u00e9e sous de nombreuses formes ind\u00e9sirables, comme l'impact n\u00e9gatif du coronavirus sur les vies individuelles, il a caus\u00e9 de nombreux d\u00e9c\u00e8s, l'impact n\u00e9gatif a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 sur l'\u00e9conomie mondiale et l'emploi, et sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sous la forme de restrictions des droits sociaux, tels que le droit d'\u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9 de la pauvret\u00e9 et de l'exclusion sociale, le droit au logement et \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation, et les restrictions des soins m\u00e9dicaux. La COVID-19 a \u00e9galement des effets sur les d\u00e9bats d\u00e9mocratiques et la jouissance des droits fondamentaux dans les diff\u00e9rents pays d'Europe. L'impact est encore plus prononc\u00e9 dans une perspective de genre, car comme l'ont not\u00e9 les Nations Unies (2020), \" de la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9conomie, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 la protection sociale, les impacts de la COVID-19 sont exacerb\u00e9s pour les femmes et les filles du simple fait de leur sexe \". NOTRE ORIENTATION<\/h2>

O\u00f9 allons-nous ?<\/span><\/h3>

HEARD se concentre sur l'impact de la crise du COVID-19 sur le d\u00e9bat d\u00e9mocratique, la jouissance des droits fondamentaux et le travail et la vie des femmes \u00e0 travers une perspective de genre. La recherche d'une r\u00e9ponse ad\u00e9quate pour surmonter la crise survenue lors de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 doit \u00eatre le r\u00e9sultat de la participation des diff\u00e9rents partenaires sociaux, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des organes d\u00e9cisionnels d'un Etat donn\u00e9. En impliquant des partenaires de 9 pays europ\u00e9ens diff\u00e9rents dans toutes les phases du projet, nous voulons mesurer l'impact de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 en termes de respect de l'\u00e9tat de droit, des valeurs d\u00e9mocratiques et de la jouissance des droits humains fondamentaux, avec une attention particuli\u00e8re aux droits sociaux des citoyens et des r\u00e9sidents de l'\u00e9tat donn\u00e9.
